House Of Pleasure (1984)

Starring: Cody Nicole, Cyndee Summers, Duschca (as Duskca), Jodie Nikko, Hershel Savage, Jerry Davis, Joseph, Marc Wallice (as Mark Wallice)

Meet Gail, Dushca’s sultry ‘step-daughter’ and witness her erotic humiliation at the hands of her angry, dominating mother. Get acquainted with Perla, Dushca’s insatiable servant, and Walter, the strangely perverted chauffeur. But do not enter the House of Pleasure unless you are prepared to witness some of the most bizarre and sexually exciting acts ever performed, for when Dushca catches poor Gail with a young Army stud, there’s hell to pay for all concerned!

Satan's Bed (1965)

This brutal drug drama (actually two films edited together) features Yoko Ono as the fiancee of a drug pusher who wants to go straight. His supplier kidnaps Ono in order to keep him selling dope, while in an unrelated story three black-clad addicts terrorize women.

This amazing time-capsule is a must-see primer for psychotronic movie fans. Like many other 60s grindhouse efforts, it outrageously combines more serious footage from an unreleased pic with unrelated and mismatching exploitation fare. In this case, the exploitation is provided by the incomparable Findlays (of "Flesh" trilogy fame), whose shadowy lit rape-fantasy shenanigans provide a stunning example of the "roughie" genre, mixed precariously with j.d. and lesbian-leather elements. Add to this the bizarre celebrity angle (a young Yoko Ono, threatening to, but thankfully never appearing in the nude), the lack-of-live sound and filmed-in-someone's backyard technique common to such features, and you have an absolute compendium of 60s sleaze stylings. The naked-girl-tied-to-a-pool-table opening itself is worth the price of the video, not to mention the half-naked girls hiding in trees.

Mad Foxes (1981)

The story about a man who has a run-in with a vicious biker gang and chooses to fight back. Only, the fight escalates to epic proportions as he calls in friends, and neither side will allow the battle to end while the other side is still standing.

"Mad Foxes" has to be seen to be believed. It's a tasteless exploitation trash with no redeeming qualities whatsoever. We meet Hal who is trying to get his drunk 18-year-old virgin girlfriend home to have sex with her. Unfortunately he is violently beaten by Nazi-loving bikers who rape his girl. Hal recruits some kickboxers to invade the funeral the bikers are throwing for a fallen comrade at an amphitheater. They beat up the bikers and castrate their leader. Later Hal picks up a sexy hitchhiker and takes her to his parents country villa. While he's out shagging her, the bikers show up and slaughter his family and the servants. Now it's time for bloody revenge... Unbelievably stupid trash loaded with gory violence and sleaze. The direction is weak, the acting is abysmal and some scenes are delightfully absurd.

The Nude Princess (1976)

The female ambassador (Ajita Wilson) of an impoverished but resource-rich Afican country (and the reputed mistress of its brutal dictator) comes to Italy on business. She is befriended by female industrial spy (Tina Aumont) and pursued by a boozy, scandal-sheet reporter (Luigi Pistilli) and a number of political and business world enemies out to discredit her with a sex scandal.

This movie, strangely enough, was (very) loosely based on real incident that happened around that time involving Ugandan dictator/erstwhile cannibal Idi Amin and an African supermodel. It's an interesting movie in that it is relatively sophisticated (the key word there being "relatively"), but also very exploitative (the rather schizophrenic director was responsible for both the arty "Io, Emmanuelle" and several uber-sleazy Nazi camp sexploitation movies) The movie is an example of a kind of Italian version of 1970's "blaxploitation", which unlike American version was aimed mostly at white audiences and focused much more on sexy, naked black women than strutting, macho black men. It has some potentially offensive scenes including a black man being castrated during oral sex (albeit by a black woman) and a black woman who is being kept as a sex slave by a chubby white midget (although both of these scenes may have some kind of metaphoric significance that eluded me). Still, Tina Aumont is very sexy, as is Ajita Wilson I guess (considering that she reputedly was once a man)

With the fictional Uganda backdrop this movie seems to be making some kind of serious commentary on the exploitation of the Third World, the way big business cozies up to brutal dictators, and the way media ignores all the important events in the world to focus on the salacious. Unfortunately, the movie itself is guilty of the latter, and the serious points it makes get kind of lost in the sleaze it wallows in. Nevertheless, the movie is at least somewhat interesting today because it's very rare to see either a serious movie that is this sleazy or sleazy movie that is this serious.

Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS (1975)

Ilsa is an evil Nazi warden at a death camp that conducts "medical experiments". Ilsa's goal is to prove that woman can withstand more pain and suffering than men and therefore should be allowed to fight on the front lines.

Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS certainly deserves its reputation as a nasty film. Although it is thoroughly cheesy, poorly acted, routinely directed, and extremely camp at times, the film still packs a punch due to its ability to offend and disgust at every turn; the depiction of Nazi atrocities in the name of entertainment is hard to defend (so I'm not even going to try) and this movie pulls no punches with its well executed graphic violence and horrific torture scenes.

Ilsa, played with gusto by chesty blonde Dianne Thorne, is the Kommandant at a concentration camp where she oversees medical research performed on the female prisoners. Meanwhile, she uses the males to try and satisfy her sexual needs (and when they fail, she has them castrated!). It is up to German/American stud Wolfe to lead the prisoners in a revolt against the guards whilst simultaneously gaining Ilsa's trust by rogering her senseless at every opportunity.

This notorious sleaze classic packs so much depravity into its 96 minutes running time (uncut), that lovers of exploitation will have a field day. From the opening scene in which Ilsa's sex slave is dragged back to the camp to be emasculated, to the ending in which the prisoners exact bloody retribution, sex and violence pervades every frame. The effective make-up FX by Joe Blasco are repugnant enough for hardened gore-hounds and fans of the female form will be delighted by the copious amounts of nudity (nearly every woman gets naked at some point in the film!). And lets not forget the scene in which Ilsa pees on the Nazi general...

Thirty years after it was made, Ilsa still has the ability to shock—the mark of a true exploitation classic!

Kiss Me Monster (1969)

It's hard to tell whether Spanish exploitation legend Jess Franco actually planned to make a surreal spy movie, but Kiss Me Monster (originally titled Besame Monstrou) plays like a psychedelic parody of secret-agent thrillers and Hitchcock mysteries. A pair of stripteasing artist roommates, who bunk in a groovy little bungalow practically lost in deep shag carpets, turn freelance detectives when they stumble upon a secret message hidden in the strains of a song. Before you know it they've tracked the source to a Caribbean island where an ancient castle hides a mad scientist experimenting on (usually naked female) captives in his bid to create a strain of supermen. It's almost impossible to follow this incoherent mix of horror, sexploitation, and science fiction-a-go-go, but the absurdist dialogue (seemingly translated by someone who speaks English as a third or fourth language) and simply ridiculous situations are only enhanced by the overripe acting and clumsy dubbing. Flashy editing, garish sets, a terrific score that runs the gamut from lounge to big band to Latin to rock instrumentals, and enthusiastically awful performances by Janine Reynaud and Rossana Yanni help raise this entertaining mess to the level of guilty pleasure. Also stars German romance idol Adrian Hoven, who coproduced the film. Reynaud also appears in Franco's equally surreal but altogether more serious Succubus.

Black Devil Doll (2007

A young, moist, buxom teen vixen finds herself hurled into an odyssey of forbidden sex and unspeakable violence after an innocent evening dabbling in the occult. What started as a simple child's game has now become a fight for her life! What is this evil that she has summoned from beyond? And why does it have a fro? What kind of horrific acts will she be subjected to? And what price will her super-hot, half-nude friends have to pay?

This briskly paced film features a misogynist racist black ventriloquist doll that f**ks, sucks and murders a series of big b(.)(.)bed California style p0rn0 sluts (there is even an end credit for a breast augmentation doctor!). And not necessarily in that order. To enjoy this movie, you must reach down deep to find and embrace your own inner misogynist racist black ventriloquist doll. If you don't think you have one, you are deluding yourself. Yes, you ladies have your own doll too, it's just a little deeper down in your subconscious. If you positively refuse to acknowledge your inner darkness, you can at least watch in awe at the depths that the modern male psyche can sink to.

The Amazons (1973)

A story of a tribe of Amazons in the age of swords and chariots. The film opens with the tribe holding physical contests to select a new queen. Since there are no men in the tribe, they hire men from another nation once a year. After the queen is crowned, the Amazons go to meet a group of Greek soldiers for their annual mating. The king of the Greeks pretends to be a captain and has sex with the queen. Much to the queen's dismay, she quite enjoys having sex with a man. The king recommends to the queen a certain way back home, not knowing there is another tribe of male warriors waiting in ambush. On the way back to their homes, the Amazons are attacked, and they drive off the men. Once home, they decide to pillage the villages of the tribe that ambushed them. The queen bears a male child, who she thinks is left out to die, as male children are not wanted by the Amazons. The queen arranges for another meeting with the Greeks to mate again and also kill them in revenge for their ...
